Eligibility for Returns

A return request can only be submitted after the product has been delivered to the customer.

Once a return request is approved, the customer has an additional 15 days to ship the item back.

Returned items must be sent to the original fulfillment location, which is our supplier facility in China.

All return shipping costs, including international shipping fees, customs charges, and taxes, are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Returned items must meet the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition

Original tags must remain attached

Trying on for fit is permitted; wearing beyond fitting is not allowed

Orders placed with the intention of returning multiple sizes are not permitted
By completing a purchase, the customer explicitly acknowledges and accepts that all returns are shipped internationally to China and that all associated costs are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items

Products purchased during Final Sale promotions, defined as discounts of 40% or more, are strictly non-returnable.

Final Sale status is clearly communicated prior to purchase.

Items marked as Final Sale are excluded from returns, refunds, exchanges, and disputes under all circumstances.
Restocking Fee

A $20 restocking fee is applied to each returned item.

This fee covers inspection, handling, and restocking processes.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the application of this restocking fee on all approved returns.
Return Guarantee for Unused Items
Ashley & Joshua provides a full return guarantee on unused items that fully comply with the conditions outlined in this policy.
Return Shipping Costs

All costs related to returning an item are borne by the customer.

Ashley & Joshua does not reimburse return shipping fees, customs charges, or related expenses.

Customers have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return request.

Approved returns must be shipped within an additional 15 days.

The total return window is therefore 30 days from the date of receipt.
Returns requested or shipped after this period will not be accepted and are not eligible for refunds or disputes.
Defective Products Guarantee
Ashley & Joshua offers a full guarantee on items with verified manufacturing defects.
Defective products may be returned for a full refund or exchange, based on customer preference.
Return Procedure

Upon approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier in China.

Ship the item at your own expense, including all shipping and customs-related costs.

Use a trackable shipping method for all returns.
Returns sent without valid tracking proof confirming delivery to our facility cannot be processed and will not qualify for a refund.
Refund Processing

After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 15 days.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

Applicable deductions, including the restocking fee, will be applied before the refund is issued.
Liability Disclaimer
